Ulrich Korell studied Chemistry in Bonn, Montreal (McGill) and Zurich (Ph.D. in Analytical Chemistry from ETH Zurich). Parallel to his industry career, he studied Business Administration (AKAD FH Lahr) and Industrial Pharmacy (M.Sc. from University of Brighton).
After 14 years of industry experience (Sandoz, Novartis, Bachem, Boehringer Ingelheim), he founded his own company in Lörrach, Germany. Since 2007 he is owner and Managing Director of PharmaKorell GmbH, a service provider for the pharmaceutical industry with a focus on Quality Management consulting and batch certification for the EU.
